Welcome to a Mindful Nutrition Approach to Wellness

I’m Yuliya, a certified nutritionist with a master’s degree in psychology, dedicated to helping people build a harmonious relationship with food and their bodies. I believe that true wellness goes beyond what we eat—it’s about how we think, feel, and connect with our choices.

For years, I worked with people, deeply invested in helping others manage their emotions, habits, and mental well-being. But something unexpected happened—my own body started resisting me. Despite eating healthy and staying active, I felt disconnected. After my pregnancy, the weight started creeping up, even though I wasn’t eating much and kept active.

That was my wake-up call. It wasn’t just about what I ate or how I moved; it was about the harmony between my mind and body. I dove into the science of nutrition, blending it with my psychological expertise. Through this journey, I not only regained control over my health but also lost almost 40 lbs.

I obtained my Master’s degree in Psychology while studying at University SWPS in Warsaw, Poland, and later enhanced my expertise with a PN1 Nutrition Certification. This unique combination of psychology and nutrition science allows me to offer a truly holistic approach to wellness.
