All my life I was dieting…

Since 13 years old, if we’re being precise. But let’s talk about the postpartum period.

I was 37.5 lbs (17 kg) heavier, exhausted, and despite doing EVERYTHING “right,” my weight wouldn’t budge.

Cut calories—HARD
Ate only “clean” foods
Walked for hours postpartum
Pushed myself back into workouts

And still… NOTHING. Just frustration and panic that my body was stuck forever.

But here’s what I know now: my body wasn’t the problem—I just didn’t understand it.
