Research shows that 42% of American adults have experienced weight stigma, including being ridiculed or treated unfairly because of their weight. In addition, 51% of young American women express dissatisfaction with their bodies. This data demonstrates a significant level of weight and appearance anxiety among women in the United States, which often translates into an endless struggle with dieting, guilt, and internalized feelings.

All my life I was dieting…
Since 13 years old, if we’re being precise. But let’s talk about the postpartum period.
I was 37.5 lbs (17 kg) heavier, exhausted, and despite doing EVERYTHING “right,” my weight wouldn’t budge.
Cut calories — HARD
Ate only “clean” foods
Walked for hours postpartum
Pushed myself back into workouts
And still… NOTHING. Just frustration and panic that my body was stuck forever.
But here’s what I know now: my body wasn’t the problem — I just didn’t understand it.
With a Master’s degree in psychology, I realized that food is never just about food. It’s about emotions, habits, and self-trust.
That’s why I became a nutritionist — to combine science and psychology and help women heal their relationship with food, not just change their diet.If you’re stuck, it’s NOT your fault.
Your body isn’t broken—you just need the right approach. And that’s exactly what I help women do — with love, care, and science.

Here are the 9 most common barriers to achieving the dream figure that my clients come to me with.
1. Lack of understanding of psychological patterns
You’ve tried many diets, but you’ve always gone back because you didn’t know the real psychological reasons for your actions.
I will help you understand your own habits and emotions, making changes comfortable and natural.

2. Demonization of food and guilt
You are afraid to eat your favorite foods and feel guilty after eating.
I’ll show you how to enjoy food without guilt or fear, bringing back the joy of eating.

3. Ineffective diets
You’ve been trying to lose weight with different diets, but you keep coming back to square one.
With me, you’ll forget about your limitations, enjoying life and stable results.

4. Stress due to lack of intuition in nutrition
You always worry about the correctness of your diet, which is why you have lost the pleasure of eating.
I will teach you how to listen to your body, giving you back ease, comfort and confidence in your feelings.
5. Obsessing about calories and weighing food
You are so obsessed with counting calories that you lose all pleasure in the process of eating.
I’ll teach you how to get rid of this stress so you can eat with pleasure and without obsessive control.
6. Lack of a comprehensive approach
You’ve already realized that changing your diet alone is not enough, but you don’t know how to move forward.
I offer a holistic approach that incorporates your habits, emotions, and body cues, bringing back inner harmony.

7. Lack of support and motivation
You lack support, so the process of change seems difficult and lonely.
I will be with you every step of the way, providing support, motivation and understanding.

8. Fear that the results will not last
You’ve achieved your goal several times, but you couldn’t keep it for long.
My approach is designed to create deep, lasting changes that will stay with you for a long time, giving you confidence, peace of mind, and self-satisfaction.

9. Fear of the high cost and lack of guarantees of results
You’re afraid of wasting money because of previous negative experiences when the results didn’t last.
My approach addresses the root causes of your habits and mindset, so you’ll get real, lasting change that’s worth your investment.
What happens if you don’t change anything?
If you continue to ignore these problems, your condition may worsen over time: constant stress and weight worries may develop into chronic anxiety, depression, or even eating disorders. You may begin to feel increasingly frustrated with yourself, have lower self-esteem, and even avoid social contact because of shame or dissatisfaction with your appearance.
Physically, this can lead to metabolic disorders, deterioration of the skin and hair, sleep problems, and a general loss of energy and strength. That’s why it’s important to act now, without putting off your happiness and comfort until later.
